Julian Zegelman is a rare breed of an American-Russian lawyer with 12 years under his belt representing blockchain ventures, ICOs, venture capital funds, non-profit organizations, and individuals in a range of matters, including capital raising, labor and employment lawsuits, corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, licensing, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as products liability, employment, consumer, and civil rights class actions.
Currently, Julian serves as general counsel of Beyond Enterprizes, a strategic investment and advisory firm empowering blockchain investors, funds, startups and entrepreneurs to reach their goals.
In 2011, Julian co-founded the Law offices of Velton Zegelman together with Daniel Velton and quickly expanded their presence with offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Moscow, representing cross-border transactions for startups and investors in the United States, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and other Eastern European countries.
Julian has dual degrees in Biochemistry and Political Science from University of California at San Diego (UCSD) and a JD from University of Minnesota Law School.

Served as token issuer's counsel in multiple ICO (Initial Coin Offering) transactions structured both onshore and offshore.
